We have had a first class experience all the way and would highly recommend your company.

We visited the Heatstore showrooms having had a ceramic chimney liner fitted for our open fire, and been very pleased by the fitting and it's performance. The service we received in a busy showroom in mid December was excellent. Having a vague idea of what type of stoves we wanted, we were attended to and benefitted from a comprehensive explanation of models suitable to our needs. (Staff have stoves fitted in their own homes so can talk from experience on more than one level). Having arranged for a visit, the engineer was puctual and expertly inspected our hearths and measured up, taking photos. Our quote for our stoves came through efficiently, and ordering 2 meant that Heatstore were open to offering favourable rates and the prep and fitting of both could be done in 2 consecutive days which suited us very well. The fitting team were very thorough and considerate of furniture and flooring in both prep and installation, and explained the operational aspects of the wood burner and the multi fuel models. We were, and still are very pleased with our investment, and the professional and courteous manner of the fitters, and would whole-heartedly recommend the Heatstore to prospective clients.
